The driver’s license, credit card, and passport or ID will be requested by the driver upon receipt of the car. All of the above must show the name of the driver.
Driving license: The driver’s license for the rented car must be issued at least one year before the rental date.
According to the Greek legislation,the driving license issued by:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Switzerland, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden,Czech Republic & Finland.
According to Greek law, the driving license is also valid with the Latin characters from the countries: Azerbaijan, Ivory Coast, Albania, Armenia, Venezuela, Vietnam, Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Georgia, Ghana, Guyana Ecuador, United Arab Emirates, Zimbabwe, United Kingdom, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Congo, Costa Rica, Cuba, Kuwait, Mexiko, Mongolia, Moldavia, Monaco, Bahamas, Bahrain, Nigeria, South Africa, South Korea, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Uruguay, Pakistan, Peru, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Philippines & Chile.
Driving license issued in all other countries are required to be accompanied by the International Driving License.
One-way fee: The return of the car from another station such as Athens, Kalamata is additionally charged accordingly.
Out of hours delivery: Charges for extra hours car hire are 10euros +VAT
File management cost: In case of damage to our car or third car or road traffic offense, there is an additional charge of 30euros +VAT, to cover management costs paid by the driver, regardless of his fault, and will not be returned in any case.
Rental Period: One rental day is counted as 24 hours and 29 minutes. If rent exceeds this period then an additional day will be charged.
Age of Tenant and driver
The driver of the rented car must be at least 23 years old for all car categories. Drivers who have not reached the age of 23 are subjected to an additional charge of 10 euros a day, with a maximum charge of 100 euros plus VAT.
Driving License
The driver’s license for the rented car must have been issued at least one year before the rental date. The driver must either be a holder of a driving license by a European Union country or a holder of an International Driving License. The International driving license must be accompanied by the driving license of the country of the driver.
Insurances:
All vehicles are rented with mixed insurance with a certain amound of credit (CDW**).There is a possibility for (FDW*) without exemption.Also the rental rates includes theft insurance,unlimited mileage and taxes.
